Security Phone has been working on holiday – since 30th of June to the end of September 2006. There are two telephone lines and the owner of them is Polish Tourists Organisation.

- First line is free, it’s called gold line- 0800 200 300
- Second is mobile number +48608 599 999

Security phone works every day in hours- 10 a.m to 10 p.m.

People who pick up phones speaks English, German and Russian.
Problems and cases with what foreign tourists call are various, f.ex:
requests for typical tourists information, cases connected with the moving on the area of Poland and even reports about serious crimes.

Every month informators answer average 200-250 phones.

Thanks to existing of this line we can reduce the number of police interventions in cases of foreign tourists.

This action also influence profitably the outlook of Poland. Feeling of security of people who visit our country has grown.

Security Phone has been realizing since 2002 by Polish Tourists Organisation in cooperation with Main Police Headquarters.
